Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled CNC Machinist / Set-Up to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts that meet strict quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to safety and efficiency in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities include: Setting up and operating CNC milling, turning, or grinding machines Loading programs, adjusting machine settings, and performing tool changes Inspecting finished parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Performing routine machine maintenance and reporting issues Monitoring production runs, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing efficiency Maintaining accurate production and inspection documentation Adhering to all safety standards and PPE requirements Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (technical training or CNC certification preferred) 1–3 years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment Strong knowledge of machining processes, tooling, and materials Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Familiarity with G-code programming and CNC software Excellent attention to detail and quality Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods What We Offer: Competitive pay and benefits package Opportunities for training, skill development, and career advancement A collaborative team environment focused on precision, innovation, and continuous improvement Pay Details: $23.95 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
