Job Description:

We are looking for an office assistant to work as a member of our team in a very casual environment. We are looking for someone who knows the area and has experience with scheduling appointments. The ideal candidate has great phone etiquette, customer friendly and is easy to get along with, self-motivated and has incredible attention to detail. We are also looking for someone who is proficient in excel, word and able to troubleshoot computer/wifi problems. There is some heavy lifting and working for short periods in the warehouse. If you are looking for something different, wanting to feel important and part of a team, submit your resume and let us know why you are a good fit for our company.Typical office duties include but are not limited to:-- Correspond with Customers via email and phone-- Create and maintain files for leads as they come in-- Maintain calendars both physical and in Outlook-- Prepare installation packets-- Light filing as necessary-- Create Microsoft Word and Excel documents as necessary-- Various other tasks as assignedMust have a valid Driver's License.Pay will be based on your skills and experience.Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:
