success. Compensation: $55,000 - $60,000 yearly base salary
Responsibilities: - Lead and manage the sales strategy within your
territory to drive growth and meet targets. - Cultivate and
maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring their
needs are met and expectations exceeded. - Identify new business
opportunities and develop strategies to expand our market presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless
service and innovative solutions to clients. - Monitor market
trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and
maintain a competitive edge. - Provide regular reports and insights
on sales performance, client feedback, and market conditions to
senior management. - Train and mentor junior team members,
fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within
the team. Qualifications: - 4-year degree preferred, or proven
sales track record - Must have a strong desire to meet new people
in a face-to-face environment - Must be able to be a self-starter,
driven to be the best - Must be able to operate successfully in a
team environment across all facets of the business, including
operations, finance, maintenance, safety, and environmental About
