We are seeking a results-driven, ambitious, energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. Inside Sales Representative - EdTech Software SalesThe Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying, creating and closing sales opportunities in order to meet quarterly and annual sales goals through disciplined prospecting and relationship building. Additional duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Lead gathering and market researchCarry on business conversations with school and district decision-makersSell consultatively and make recommendations to prospects and clients on the various solutionsDevelop a database of qualified opportunities through referrals, telephone canvassing (cold-calling decision-makers), face-to-face tradeshows, e-mailing and networkingComplete understanding of pricing and proposal modelNegotiate and close sales opportunitiesMaximize all opportunities in the sales process by cross-selling other productsMaintain accurate information of all sale and prospecting activities in CRMDemonstrate product knowledgeSoftware salesJob Requirements:Required Qualifications:This is a fun place to work, you must contribute to keeping it this wayAbility to form relationships with all levels and departments within prospect and client companiesMust possess strong communication skillsHigh level of phone manner, writing skills and a quick ability to adaptMust have strong sales skillsSoftware skills: Outlook, CRM, Go to Meeting, Excel, etc.Preferred Qualifications:Sales experience in the education industryBachelor's degree
