Job Description:
A company is looking for a Brokerage Sales Representative to
join their team.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new agents to expand the network and increase
sales production
Deliver exceptional service by responding promptly to inquiries and
resolving issues
Educate agents on products and sales strategies while conducting
market research for new opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales with knowledge of the insurance or
financial industry
Active Connecticut Life/Health License is required
Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience;
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Self-starter with strong organizational skills
