Sales Development Representative

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sales Development Representative to manage incoming leads and perform outbound sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Qualify leads using the BANT methodology and transfer complex inquiries to appropriate teams
Maintain coverage of live sales support communication paths and respond to incoming inquiries
Conduct scripted sales activities and collaborate with other teams to enhance customer experience

Required Qualifications:

Minimum two years of experience in a business development or sales support role
Solid computer skills with experience in Salesforce.com
Independence in managing daily tasks and case assignments
BA or BS degree or equivalent experience
Experience working in a remote environment is a plus
