Together, we can achieve great things.Our company is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to be located in our Loxley, AL facility. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role within our sales team, serving as a pivotal point of contact for customers. This position involves handling inbound and outbound calls, processing orders, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting sales activities. Competitive base pay along with a monthly incentive plan with potential to make $65,000 per year.Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:Customer Interaction: Handle inbound calls from customers, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving issues promptly and professionally.Order Entry: Accurately process customer orders, ensuring all details are correctly entered into the system and confirming order status with customers.Outbound Calls: Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to follow up on orders, provide updates, and offer additional products or services.Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing solutions, and maintaining positive customer relationships.Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate individuals as needed.Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers and support sales efforts.Documentation: Keep detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and transactions in the CRM system.Perform other duties as assigned.Inside Sales Representative Requirements:Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.Must be personable and accurate with numbers.Industrial metal knowledge a plus, but not required.Previous inside sales experience.Have ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions.Must pass background check and drug screening.Inside Sales Representative Benefits:401(k) & matchingDental insuranceEmployee assistance programHealth insuranceHealth savings accountLife insurancePaid time offVision insuranceAmerican Metals Supply is an equal employment opportunity employer and welcomes all qualified applicants.
