things every day!AAA United States, Inc is seeking a dynamic and
results-driven Director of Sales and Business Development to
spearhead our sales efforts and drive business growth within the
Aerospace and ground transport sectors. The successful candidate
will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,
cultivating strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing
sales team. The Director of Sales and Business Development will
play a vital role in expanding our client base, maximizing revenue,
and maintaining AAA USA's market leadership.Develop and implement a
comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and achieve
sales targets within the Aerospace and ground transport
sectors.Identify and pursue new business opportunities through
market research, lead generation, and networking activities
utilizing the latest technology and social media.Build and maintain
strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry
influencers, including clients, prospects, industry SMEs and
strategic partners.Build, lead and manage a sales team, providing
guidance, coaching, and motivation to maximize their performance
and productivity.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including
operations, marketing, talent acquisition, human resources, and
finance, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and
client satisfaction.Analyze market trends, competitor activities,
and customer feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and
improvement in our service offerings.Prepare and deliver persuasive
sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective
clients, showcasing the value and benefits of AAA USA's contingent
workforce and manufacturing solutions.Negotiate contract terms and
pricing agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for AAA
USA and its clients.Continuously monitor sales performance metrics
and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to senior
management.Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and
emerging technologies to anticipate market shifts and capitalize on
business opportunities.Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or
a related field. MBA or equivalent is a plus.5-7 years in the
high-volume staffing industry. Aerospace or Ground transportation a
plus.Proven track record of success in sales and business
development, preferably within the Aerospace or ground transport
sectors.Strong understanding of contingent workforce solutions and
their application in the industry.Demonstrated ability to develop
and execute effective sales strategies, including lead generation,
client acquisition, and revenue growth.Excellent interpersonal,
communication, and negotiation skills, with the ability to
influence and build relationships at all levels.Experience in
managing and leading a high-performing sales team.Analytical
mindset with the ability to analyze market data, identify trends,
and make data-driven decisions.Results-oriented with a focus on
achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong business acumen and
strategic thinking abilities.Ability to travel as required to meet
