Responsibilities:
--- Advise customers on buying homes by providing expertise on home searching, real estate contracts, real estate financing, negotiation, inventory, and other market insights
--- Conduct showings, write offers, and oversee the closing process
--- Generate leads by conducting open houses, calling cold & warm leads, community networking, social media, and email marketing
--- Assist Partner agents with seller lead generation and marketing
--- Attend weekly sales team meetings, training, and accountability meetings
--- Meet minimum prospecting goals - prospecting includes contacting warm and cold leads, social media posting, networking, and conducting open houses
--- Meet minimum sales goals including obtainment of client agreements, showing homes, and closing contracts
--- Manage leads and follow up using Customer Relationship Management technology
--- Track sales activity using sales efficiency tools
