Job Title: Member Service Representative (GPO)Job
DescriptionThis role involves responding to inquiries and requests
from members and other individuals within a 24/7 high-volume,
schedule-driven, and structured contact center operation. You will
provide information regarding various products and services,
demonstrating knowledge, active listening, adaptability to multiple
systems, and engagement methods to ensure optimal member experience
and customer service. Additionally, you will perform transactions
or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit
cards, IRAs, and other accounts, while advising members of other
products and services that may fit their needs.Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries and requests from members within a
high-volume contact center.
- Provide information on products and services with active
listening and engagement.
- Perform transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans,
credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts.
- Advise members on additional products and services that may
suit their needs.
- Maintain policy compliance and handle high-volume calls in a

scheduled start and end time can vary within a one-hour window. You
will handle back-to-back phone calls for the majority of your shift
and may be scheduled to take calls for up to four hours before your
next break.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position
based out of Pensacola, Florida.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for
this position is $17.50 - $17.50/hr.Eligibility requirements apply
