Job Description:
A company is looking for an Aligned Account Specialist to manage
and nurture relationships with elite accounts in a remote
setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Cultivate strategic relationships with key contacts to ensure
long-term business success
Collaborate across teams to make informed decisions that benefit
both the customer and the company
Deliver exceptional service by proactively addressing customer
needs in a timely manner
Required Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Two years of experience in a service environment required; three
years preferred
Technical proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with
order entry systems preferred
Ability to manage multiple tasks while prioritizing customer
needs
Must be able to work remotely and have a reliable internet
connection
