Job Description:

JOB SUMMARY
-
Complete Fire Protection Systems installation/service for all types of new and existing fire sprinkler projects. - Projects will include Industrial, Commercial and some Residential. - Can comprehend NFPA code, design/ installation methods, hydraulic calculations & material lists for fire sprinkler systems. -

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES -

Follow procedures to install, diagnose, and repair fire protection equipment
Interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, programs and operational product manuals. -
Exhibit effective customer service skills, consistently communicating with the district staff and customers to ensure complete customer satisfaction
Electronicall complete Service Acknowledgements with proper coding and obtain customer signatures. -
Participate in a scheduled on-call rotation, travel or work weekends, as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned. -

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS -

General mechanical knowledge
Experience in Fire Sprinkler/Protection Installation, Service or Design

ADDITIONAL PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

NICET certification preferred but not required
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license in accordance with Company guidelines
