Job Description:

A company is looking for a Patient Engagement Specialist I.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outreach calls to inform patients of recommended services
Promote disease prevention and chronic disease management messaging
Schedule appointments for services with the internal team

Required Qualifications:

Associate's Degree required
1+ year experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calls
General understanding of preventive care services
Experience using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Equivalent combination of education and/or experience
