Representative responsible for resolving patient and insurance
credit balances.
Key Responsibilities
Manage credit balances, undistributed payments, and refund
requests
Conduct reviews of payments and follow up with third-party payers
for resolution
Initiate refunds and ensure compliance with contractual and
regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
3 years of experience in healthcare customer service or insurance
collections
1 year of experience working with credit balances and
underpayments
Strong knowledge of computer billing systems
Proficiency in MS Office
