Job Description:
A company is looking for a Deal Review Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and disposition of new client submissions from the Sales
team data internal partners within a standard SLA
Assign all new projects, tasks, and cases to appropriate teams and
individuals using a complexity scoring model team processes
Partner with Implementation and Service management for all
exception and expedite requests from internal data partner sales
team
Required Qualifications:
High school graduate or equivalent; post high school education
preferred
At least 2-3 years of general office experience, prior payroll or
banking experience preferred
Prior experience in customer service preferred
Ability to use MS Office and Excel
Prior experience with Salesforce preferred
