Department: Engineering Resource and Integration Location: Mobile Travel Required: up to 10% (including international) Position Summary: The Applications Engineer (Contract) will apply considerable knowledge of principles, theories, concepts, industry practices and standards to deliver high quality design engineering solutions while assuring procedural compliance within assigned engineering project teams. Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible to provide the engineering community with CAD and PLM systems support to ensure that the applications are deployed, updated and operating accordingly.
• Participation in customer benchmark and testing activities, proof of concepts and deployment.
• Be able to provide customers with Application Engineering services such as training and "over-the-shoulder" support.
• Trains and mentors technical leads and subject matter experts in the application of the software. Facilitate training sessions for the users where appropriate.
• Support the integration between SAP and PLM systems as part of a business transformation project. Ensure appropriate support and new development documentation is followed.
• Facilitate the issue resolution process by tracking the status of issues in process.
• Perform other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology or related field
  • Highly experience with Engineering CAD and PLM systems application and integration (CATIA V4/V5/3DX preferred)
  • Experience in Product Lifecycle Management systems (3DX preferred) & SAP Integration Good understanding of product design, change and configuration management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have worked on any one of the PLM solutions such as 3DX, Teamcenter, Agile, Windchill from an SAP integration perspective
  • Experienced in Product Lifecycle Management (3DX preferred) & SAP Integration.
  • Knowledge in Corporate and Enterprise data exchange methods and software
  • Dassault systems certification is desired but not mandatory
  • Collaborative mindset to take personal ownership of team objectives and complete tasks independently to meet business needs
  • An adaptive individual with a positive attitude and strong aptitude with the ability to multi-task and be proactive
  • Excellent communication, organization and presentation skills
  • Familiar with Google Suite Products (Docs/Slides/Sheets/etc) This position is a temporary (contract) position with no specific time period but could be extended or shortened as needed.
