US-Patient Access Trainer

Job Description:
The Trainer will be responsible for conducting training for new
and existing associates for one business unit/facility. The trainer
will also be responsible to assign learning and maintain
documentation for the service line(s) they this role, the
successful candidate must have demonstrated a strong training
background along with excellent presentation, written, and verbal
communication skills.This role reports directly to the training
lead/manager per division.This role may include 5-10% travel
between locations.Responsibilities:* Trainers are responsible for
developing and building standard operating processes and training
material for one business division (Registration, Follow Up, FCC,
etc.) and/or client (Quorum, Intermountain, AMITA, etc.).*
Responsible for Instructor-Led or Virtual Instructor Led new hire
training courses, new processes, and procedure courses for existing
associates as well as one-on-one training, when needed.*
Effectively navigate and troubleshoot IT technical issues and
connectivity for virtual sessions.* Perform physical preparation of
training facilities including production and maintenance of course
materials and evaluations.* Understand workflow, policies and
procedures related to end user roles and work with Subject Matter
Experts to ensure the most current information is being conveyed.*
Provide coaching and feedback during and after training programs as
well as throughout the initial 120-day 90-day review period.*
Participate in technology testing for host systems, R1 tools and
other programs.* Creating and implementing new process training,
workflow development and training, communicating new information
and workflow changes.* Evaluate training programs and incorporate
feedback to improve future programs.* Complete assigned work plan
tasks within the scheduled timeframe.* Maintain knowledge of all
hospital systems and R1 applications as they pertain to new hire
support.Required Qualifications:* High school diploma or GED.*
Experience with one business divisions and/or clients (single
skilled).* Must have one-year experience with R1 RCM or one-year
classroom teaching/facilitating experience.* Demonstrated excellent
written and verbal communication skills.* Demonstrated strong
interpersonal, creative, problem-solving, and team collaboration
skills.* Strong time management and personal organizational skills,
including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.* One-year work
experience using Microsoft Office Suite.Desired Qualifications:*
Associates degree or equivalent experience.* Certification (CHAA,
APTD, etc.).* At least 2 years of demonstrated success in training
development and delivery.* Experience and/or knowledge of hospital
host systems (e.g., Cerner, Epic, MediTech, etc.).* Demonstrated
ability to engage associates in learning through effective
presentation and communication skills.* Demonstrated leadership
