This position requires vaccination against COVID-19 or, if applicable, an approved accommodation for religious or medical reasons.Position Summary: AOS Change Agent is in charge of the AOS standards deployment. Being a part of local teams in the FALs, AOS Change Agent ensures AOS knowledge transfer on station's or line level through on-the-job training. The AOS Agent will be responsible for Tools and standards implementation, AOS* Maturity growth in workstation(s) or line(s), AOS knowledge transfer to: operators**, First Line Managers** (FLM), Manufacturing, Managers (MM), Multi-Functional Team (MFT) through on-the-job training, etc. They will also serve as the AOS standards local focal point and liaise with AOS Leader, Operational FLM, technician and operators from their respective area. * When AOS is mentioned it includes all associated official digital solutions (MES, Smart SQCDP, etc.)Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deployment AOS:     70 %
  • Implement and improve boards & routines with operational teams
  • Train / coach BC+ L1+L2 on AOS + MES (I do, We do, You do) by running awareness sessions with teams (on-the-job training)
  • Launch & participate in management go-look-see providing structured feedback
  • (Management Control Routine) L1/L2
  • Co-facilitate kaizen AOS workshops
  • Co-facilitate building AOS / MES roadmap / Tactical Implementation Plan (TIP) with operational teams
  • Exchange good practices with other AOS Agents
  • Support of Industrial Assessment and Improvement:     15 %
    • Participate in the industrial assessments.
    • Measure and report maturity (KPIs, activities, self-assessment)
    • Follow up the action plans for improvement. Additional Responsibilities: Other duties as assigned:    15  %
      • Lead industrial task forces/Project on need basis at station level: diagnosis, solution definition and implementation, results achievement
      • Develop, moderate and chair workshops within the FAL to resolve business and cultural issues respectively.
      • Using validated samples to identify, communicate and promote the use of Lean tools and techniques for effective problem-solving at all levels.
      • Other Duties as assigned as per the needs of the areaQualified Experience / Skills / Training: Education:
        • Requires a Bachelor's degree in aerospace, manufacturing engineering, industrial engineering, or similar discipline. May substitute for an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience:
          • 2+ years of manufacturing or logistics experience preferredKnowledge, Skills, Demonstrated Capabilities:
            • Knowledge of AOS standards, global system view and Operational Excellence principles
            • Awareness of Lean / six sigma principles, methods and tools
            • Ability to tutor AOS bricks & MES usage to FLM, technicians and operators with associated routines Airbus Operating System
            • Understanding of change management basics and ability to adapt ways of tutoring accordingly
            • Ability to identify deviations from standards and propose simple recommendations through self-assessmentCommunication Skills (Spoken, Written, Influencing, Proficiency in Other Languages):
              • Ability to provide structure feedback to leaders on routine management and performance dialogueTechnical Systems Proficiency:
                • Microsoft office (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) and Google suite
                • Knowledge of SAPTravel Required:
                  •    10% Domestic and InternationalNature of Contacts:Involved communication on a frequent basis with internal customers.Physical Requirements:
                    • Vision: adequate to enter and read material on computer screens. Able to identify individuals to initiate greetings, the giving of directions and other business interactions
                    • Hearing: able to hear sufficiently to engage in conversation in office settings Able to hear safety alerts and warning signals.
                    • Speaking: able to engage in conversations in person and via electronic means and deliver information to groups of varying size with or without amplification.
                    • Equipment Operation Able to operate a wide range of personal and office electronic equipment.
                    • Carrying: able to occasionally carry up to 30lbs/14kg which engaging in training, addressing production issues or as part of continuous improvement projects.
                    • Lifting: able to occasionally lift up to 30lbs/14kg.
                    • Pushing/Pulling: able to push/pull items in office areas.
                    • Sitting: able to sit for extended periods of time at computer and in meetings.
                    • Squatting/Kneeling: able to occasionally squat or kneel to retrieve or replace items shelved on bottom shelves.
                    • Standing: able to stand for extended periods of time.
                    • Travel: able to travel overseas and domestically sometimes for extended periods of time. Working outside hangers in changing locations.
                    • Walking: able to walk through office and production areas, around flight line and airstrips and sometimes on uneven indoor and/or outdoor surfaces.
