Electronic or Mechanical AssemblerTemp-to-HireMonday-Thursday 6:00am-3:30pm and every other Friday with overtime as needed.$14+/hr. DOEWill perform basic and routine electronic or hybrid assembly operations on components, printed circuit boards, or subassemblies in accordance with military and/or other assembly standards using blue prints, visual aids, wiring lists, verbal and/or written instructions.May also be responsible for other processes related to the manufacture of electronic assemblies including: encapsulation potting , conformal coating, SMT operations, and painting.Soldering components and sub-assemblies as directed to build and complete circuit card assembly.Performing assembly operations, soldering, lead forming, component placement, component prep and mechanical assembly.Form and blend wire to specification.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma or equivalent 2+ years experience in similar work environment and positionAbility to read and write EnglishAbility to complete high school arithmeticUnderstanding of assembly drawings and component IDAbility to work with minute parts and finger dexterityMil-Standard experience preferred J-STD-001 certification is preferredWhy Kelly--?As a worker today, it's up to you to take charge of your career and look for opportunities to learn, grow, and achieve your potential.
