Job Description Job Description Calibration & Repair Technician Location: Baldwin County Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (OT as needed) Pay: $16–$20 per hour (DOE) Benefits Type: Full-Time | Permanent A respected local company is seeking an experienced Calibration & Repair Technician to join its service center team. This role supports daily calibration and repair operations, ensuring tools and equipment meet manufacturer and industry standards so customers can work safely and efficiently. What You’ll Do: Perform in-house calibration, testing, and functional checks Troubleshoot and repair precision tools and equipment Accurately document measurements, test results, repairs, and labor time Ensure all work meets approved calibration and quality standards What We’re Looking For: High school diploma or GED required 3 years of hands-on calibration, repair, or related experience Experience using calipers, OD micrometers, height gauges, and similar tools Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Basic computer skills Good communication and customer service skills Military experience is a plus Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, stoop, and work with hands for extended periods Manual dexterity and ability to read precise measurements Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package Stable, long-term opportunity with a quality-focused company How to Apply: Visit www.Snellng/Mobile.com , select Job Listings, then Apply.
