Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate
for a company based in Loxley, AL. This position involves loading,
unloading, organizing, and preparing products for shipment in a
fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay Rate $16 to $18, DOE Schedule
and Hours Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm Warehouse
Associate Duties and Responsibilities • Load and unload trucks and
containers • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment • Operate
pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified) • Sort, organize, and
stage inventory • Perform basic quality checks on products •
Maintain a clean and safe work area • Follow company safety and
performance standards Warehouse Associate Qualifications and
Requirements • Previous warehouse experience preferred, but not
required • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended
periods (Lift assessment will be conducted) • Reliable
transportation and strong attendance • Ability to work
independently and as part of a team • Willingness to learn and
follow instructions • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
record • Background and Drug Test screening will be performed for
this role Warehouse Associate Preferred Skills • Forklift
certification • Shipping/receiving experience • Inventory or
