Job Description Job Description Overview We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive warehouse experience, and proficiency with warehouse management systems. This role involves managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and ensuring safety compliance to optimize warehouse efficiency and support business growth in a fast-paced environment. Temporary assignment, located in Monroe, NJ Responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of training, including developing programs, training and supervising trainers and performing on the job training with new processors or existing processors learning new skills. Safety training is of particular importance. Manage all aspects of direct report performance, including formal bi-annual performance reviews, monthly performance discussions, daily audits in all major functional areas and daily coaching based on audit findings. Supervise and monitor daily volumes and activities in all disciplines to insure all operating KPIs, objectives and performance standards are achieved reliably and on time. Insure that proper resources are allocated and utilized in a most cost effective manner. Supervise and monitor all administrative and support functions to ensure that all business is completed in an accurate and timely manner. Maintain daily communication with PDC Manager and both Internal and External Customers. Establish processes to control spending in all areas and within budgetary guidelines. Supervise and prioritize inventory related activities to include parts inspections, mixed stock situations, cycle counts and resolutions for problematic Dealer Returns. Conduct regular safety audits and enforce safety policies across the warehouse. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall warehouse management. Experience 2-4 years of proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar warehouse management role. High School Diploma is required. Bachelor’s Degree is preferred. Extensive knowledge of inventory management, logistics, shipping & receiving procedures, and materials handling. Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, and related software such as OSHAs standards. Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to implement process improvements for operational efficiency. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train staff and coordinate across departments effectively.
