Job FamilyNational Sales Cost Center304 Purpose of Position To
drive client satisfaction, retention and additional revenue growth
by working an assigned client base and developing and maintaining
positive client relations and assisting with sales events. Duties
and Responsibilities Essential Functions Meet and exceed yearly
sales target assigned in January for the new calendar year. Utilize
your strong relationship sales and in-person selling skills to
develop relationships with key organization contacts in an advisory
role. Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and by planning
and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential
sales opportunities. Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and
potential healthcare clients. Adjusts content of sales
presentations by studying the type of client and healthcare
environment. Delivers product and company presentations to multiple
levels within a client’s organization. Contract Development,
negotiation and delivery to client for signature and execution of
the contract. Keeps management informed by submitting activity and
results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and
monthly and annual territory analyses. Communicates with clients on
a consistent basis over the phone, via email and on site. Drives
maximum utilization of contracted services to 100% to make it
difficult for clients to leave for a competitor; ensures
anticipated return on investment and value recognition. Provides
sales team with add-on product lead generation for addition client
revenue. Prepares and delivers business reviews with clients
explaining contracted services variables/parameters, results
achieved (including technical requirements) and solution fit to
business needs of the client. Understands the business application
of all products and requests. Monitors and quantifies growth,
return on investment and competitive benchmarking of assigned
client base. Builds and maintains strategic relationships with more
than 1 person within the client’s organization including,
Operations, Finance, Support, Compliance, Marketing, Procurement,
C-Suite personnel, etc. Coordinates appropriate SSI and client
staff to resolve issues and effectively manages escalations.
Insures that invoices are paid within contractual terms, identify
and assist in the renewal of existing business contracts, recommend
additional products & services and generate cross-company leads for
continued revenue growth. Acts as a positive role model in all
aspects of professional performance. Observes safety procedures and

Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities Must exhibit strong proficiency in
the use of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint. Must have a
thorough understanding of SSI products. Must be able to interact
cordially and productively with co-workers in a team environment
and establish relationships with individuals at all levels of the
company. Must have excellent telephone etiquette, verbal and
written communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks
effectively. Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize. Must
possess excellent organizational and presentation skills. Must be
able to proficiently read and write in English. Must be ability to
handle difficult individuals and situations. Must be able to make
independent judgment decisions with no supervision. Must be able to
see clearly with or without corrective lenses and hear clearly with
or without aids. Must be able to use hands, fingers and wrists,
repetitively, using a computer keyboard and other office equipment,
regularly. Must be able to drive an automobile and travel by
automobile and airplane regularly. Information Security and Data

Education Min/Preferred Education Level Description Minimum 4 Year
/ Bachelors Degree Bachelor’s Degree in related field. Years of
Experience Minimum Years of Experience Comments 3 At least 3 - 5
years’ experience in Sales and/or Marketing preferred and 3 years’
experience in a healthcare, technology, business or marketing
related field. 3 Prior experience giving sales presentations
preferred. Certifications Min/Preferred Certification Description
Minimum Driver's License Must have a valid driver’s license,
insurance and be insurable through the company’s insurance carrier.
A combination of experience and advanced education may be
substituted. Background checks and drug test required.
