We have found that our staff succeed when they are passionate about social services, helping at-risk communities and value collaboration with a team.What will I be doing?The TFC Program Coordinator supervises the development and operations of programs and services for a given geographical area. The TFC PC performs liaison functions with referring agencies and is responsible for program management functions as well as daily operations. The TFC PC ensures all licensure, Payer, and accreditation regulations and standards are met in his/her region.Am I a good fit?KNOWLEDGE OF: --- Has working knowledge of Productivity, Systems Management, Budgeting, Financial Planning, Cost analysis and related systems. --- Exhibits knowledge of expanded principles of program development, fiscal management, personnel policies and practices. --- Demonstrates expertise and knowledge of the principles and practices clinical services and their effective supervision. --- Demonstrates knowledge of and compliance with the non-disclosure of proprietary information. --- Knowledge of Medicaid and state Payer's guidelines and licensure requirements essential to the operation of mental health agencyQualifications:LBSW or LMSW is required for this position.We offer competitive compensation and benefits to our team members including medical/dental, 401K, HSA with company contribution, Paid Time Off for full time staff.Health Connect is an Equal Opportunity Employer -Health Connect America and its companies are a multi-state, community mental health, behavioral health, family preservation, and therapeutic foster care services provider(s).
