Science or Software Engineering required Certification: No
certification is required for this position. Experience: This
position requires no work experience. - This position has two
different scopes:
- Generally responsible for Microsoft Dynamics (ERP) help desk
and resolving end user support issues. This position will provide
support to end users in the organization on how to use Microsoft
Dynamics and various Microsoft Dynamics software solutions
efficiently and effectively in fulfilling business objectives. This
includes troubleshooting and application testing.
- This position will provide support to software/reports
development coding efforts within Microsoft Dynamics. This includes
troubleshooting and making modifications to previously written
coding. -Work will be performed under general supervision. Key
Responsibilities and Duties
- Serving as Microsoft Dynamics primary point of contact for end
users companywide including investigating, troubleshooting, and
resolving end user support issues through the help desk ticket
system and phone calls
- Monitoring workflows and provide insight on potential process
improvements.
- Assisting department projects related to Microsoft Dynamics
with technical support.
- Help with the maintenance and changes to the current software
that now supports reporting and other Hargrove procedures
- Help develop in-house programs that improve processes and
procedures. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- General understanding of accounting, payroll and human
resources work processes, and internal controls
- Ability to be discreet in dealing with sensitive situations and
maintain confidentiality in all areas.
- Ability to analyze data and make judgments.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge in SQL Database Development is a plus but not
required
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with
multi-tasking.
- Ability to maintain effective working relationships with
teammates, clients, and vendors.
- Must have ability to communicate, motivate, and organize
projects among a broad spectrum of personnel throughout the
organization frequently and under deadline pressure.
- Ability to listen and ascertain the needs of teammates.
- Microsoft Dynamics knowledge desired but not required. We work
