Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Recruiter to join their
talent acquisition team.
Key Responsibilities
Lead impactful and complex searches across various business areas,
including R&D, GTM, and G&A
Conduct thorough initial screens and develop interview questions to
assess candidates' qualifications and performance
Mentor junior team members and contribute to their development
through coaching and training resources
Required Qualifications
10+ years of recruiting experience with increasing complexity in
searches
Experience recruiting for senior individual contributor to
leadership roles across various functions
Proven ability to manage and drive progress across multiple
searches
Track record of success in a high-velocity, output-driven
environment
Bachelor's degree in an intellectually rigorous discipline
