regulatory standards.We are seeking an experienced and
detail-oriented individual to oversee all aspects of human
resources functions for multiple companies within our organization.
This role will primarily focus on managing complex payroll system
,managing benefit administration and maintenance and HRIS
maintenance for use and employee files. The role will also assist
with light recruiting and onboarding along with keeping HR records
up to date. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of
multi-company payroll, HR operations, and labor laws. Paylocity
experience is a PLUS!Key Responsibilities:
- Payroll Management:
- Manage and oversee payroll processing for multiple companies,
ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
- Coordinate with finance and accounting teams to ensure proper
payroll reconciliation and address discrepancies.
- Implement and manage payroll systems for multi-company
operations, ensuring seamless integration and accurate
reporting.
- Stay current on payroll tax regulations, deductions, and
benefits, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
State tax remittances for 4 entities all in multi-state
jurisdictions.
- Handle payroll audits and assist with year-end reporting and
tax filings (W-2, 1099, etc.).
- Paylocity experience is preferred
- HR Administration:
- Act as a liaison between the company and employees, addressing
HR-related inquiries and resolving concerns.
- Maintain and update HRIS and ensure proper documentation for
audits.
- Compliance & Labor Law:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, employee rights, and wage
laws across multiple states or countries as applicable.
- Employee Benefits & Compensation:
- Oversee employee benefit programs (health insurance, retirement
plans, etc.), ensuring accurate administration, handle open
enrollment process and renewals.
- Provide employees with information and assistance on benefits,
compensation, and HR-related matters.
- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job
postings, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and
hiring.
- Support onboarding and orientation for new hires, ensuring they
have a positive and seamless experience.Working Conditions:
- Full time M-F in office. (Part Time 25-30 hours per week can be
an option for right candidate with anticipation to go full time.
)
Requirements: Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,
or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in HR management with a focus on
payroll and multi-company HR operations.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws, payroll processing, and HR
best practices.
- Familiarity with HR software (Paylocity preferred) and payroll
platforms.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management
skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the
ability to build strong relationships across different teams and
departments.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with
discretion.
Compensation details: 62000-73000 Yearly Salary
