Job Description:
A company is looking for a Network Specialist - Provider
Recruiter to assist in recruiting mental health providers.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, screen, recruit, and contract prospective providers for
EAP and behavioral health networks
Negotiate provider rates in accordance with established
guidelines
Maintain a strong understanding of provider experience and
credentials
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required
2+ years of professional business experience
Experience in Insurance, Benefits, or Human Resources preferred
Ability to prioritize and work independently
Ability to meet daily production expectations
