care. No call duties and ample time off. This is a full time
position with flexibility to offer a position between a 0.7-1.0
FTE. Position would also include a Medical Directorship with
partial FTE dedicated to medical director responsibilities.
Position will focus on the treatment of complicated or non-healing
wounds of primarily adult patients. Evaluate, assess and treat
patients in our outpatient clinics. Procedures include debridement,
biopsies, sutures, I/D, among others. Our Wound Care program
consists of two clinics in Mount Vernon and Arlington, located
roughly 30 minutes away from each other. Our providers help cover
both clinic locations. This is a hospital employed position with
support from our in-house primary and specialty care referral base.
Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the
organization with newly implemented ambient AI technology (Abridge)
available! Qualifications : Graduate from an ACGME accredited
Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery or Orthopedic
Surgery program. Must be Board Certified in Family Medicine,
Internal Medicine, General Surgery or Orthopedic Surgery.
Certification in Wound Care preferred. Active Washington State
license or ability to obtain a Washington State license by start.
Must have active BLS certification before starting or within first
week of employment. The ideal candidate will place a priority on
improving lives through compassionate and innovative healthcare and
focus on building lasting relationships with their patients as well
as strong ties within the community. Compensation and Benefits :
Guaranteed first year salary: $209,822 – 299,746 (Dependent on FTE)
