Essential Job Responsibilities · Lead the company in building brand recognition and driving business growth. · Manage your own patient caseload and perform procedures in an ambulatory surgical center. · Provide oversight and guidance to the clinical department to ensure services meet accepted practice standards and comply with federal and state guidelines. · Develop the structure and organization of the clinical staff. · Ensure adequate staffing levels with proper training. · Implement practice policies and procedures. · Work collaboratively with staff to establish treatment plans for patients across multiple disciplines. · Review medical histories and perform physical, neurological, and orthopedic examinations. · Provide feedback to rehabilitation directors, physical therapists, and chiropractors regarding treatment plans and diagnoses. · Participate in facility operations, services, trainings, and meetings. · Review patient charts to ensure patients are receiving appropriate care and prepare necessary reports. · Mentor medical providers by performing case studies, chart reviews, and in-service trainings. · Review applications for new medical providers joining the practice. Education · MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school with a pain fellowship. Experience · Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a practicing physician. · Strong background in pain management. Other Requirements · Valid New Jersey medical license. · Current DEA certification.
