clinical care delivery affiliate of National Coordination Center
(www.nationalcoordinationcenter.com). We specialize serving
Veterans by reducing wait times for them to gain access to
disability screens required to be evaluated for VA benefits. Help
serve those who have served us by joining our growing team! Given
the state for this position location requires mid-level providers
to enter into a collaborative agreement with a physician, strong
preference will be given to mid-level providers with existing
physician relationships that can be leveraged for this position.
Trusted Medical is the clinical delivery affiliate of the National
Coordination Center (www.nationalcoordinationcenter.com). This role
will directly support the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
in conducting assessments for determination of disability benefits
for Veterans applying for benefits from the VA. The Nurse
Practitioner, Physician Assistant, or Physician will perform face
to face clinical assessments of the Veteran and provide assessment
documentation on findings. These assessments will be conducted in a
variety of assigned and agreed upon locations with set schedules.
The Mid-Level Provider or Provider will perform an in-person visit
with the Veterans to perform evaluations to complete the required
Disability Benefits Questionnaire (DBQ) for submission to VA for
eligibility determination. DBQs include questions that require
direct clinical exam of the Veteran in the office (e.g., testing
range of motion of joints, documentation of crepitus, etc.) which
cannot be done via virtual encounter. This effort will decrease a
backlog of overdue assessments and to assist VA with adequately
determining Veteran benefits. In addition to directly performing
medical exams independently or under the supervisor a licensed
provider, the Mid-Level Provider or Provider will coordinate with
other assigned project teams and internal corporate divisions to
ensure all aspects of assigned project(s) are maintaining
continuous quality progress and meeting contractual obligations.
This role requires excellent and expeditious assessment skills. In
some cases, additional testing will be required which may require
local assistance and coordination. Ideal candidates have a proven
track record of high reliability working in a very independent
atmosphere with little oversight. We value compassionate care of
this unique population. Hours: This role is part-time per diem (all
per diem professionals will be given priority for full-time
positions if employee performance is good) Position Location: This

and completely, including DBQs in the required format Participate

Current and uninterrupted licensure: Nurse Practitioner, Physician
Assistant Education/Experience Strongly Preferred: Experience with
providing care for the Veteran population Experience working with
or for VA or supporting federal healthcare clients/organizations
Technological Skills: Proficient in Microsoft products: Office,
Word, Excel, PowerPoint Experienced in one or more major Electronic
Health Records Experience with electronic healthcare records design
and use of patient experience solutions Required Knowledge and
