Job Description:
EnduraCare Acute Care Services (ECS) invites qualified
individuals to apply for the role of Physical Therapy Assistant.
Join our dedicated team in enhancing patient mobility and quality
of life in an acute care setting. The successful candidate will
work under the supervision of our physical therapists to deliver
exceptional therapy services, following treatment plans designed to
meet individual patient needs. This position offers a collaborative
team environment where clinical skills are honed and cutting-edge
treatment methodologies are applied. Assist physical therapists in
the implementation of treatment plans. Document patient responses
to therapy and treatment session outcomes. Educate patients and
their families about post-treatment care and exercises. Maintain
therapy equipment and ensure treatment areas are clean and
organized. Participate in patient assessment and care planning
meetings. Implement clinical and administrative tasks as assigned.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow
detailed instructions Proficient in using healthcare software and
systems Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple
priorities Physical endurance and dexterity Medical Insurance
Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapy
Assistant state license CPR certification preferred
