EnduraCare Acute Care Services (ECS), a leader in therapy management and consulting, is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team. With an emphasis on enhancing patient outcomes and driving financial efficiency, ECS provides the ideal environment for healthcare professionals dedicated to innovative care practices. In this role, the successful candidate will work closely with Physical Therapists to provide patient care, assist with rehabilitation, and ensure optimal therapy services in our acute care settings. Assist Physical Therapists in the preparation and execution of therapy sessions. Execute patient care plans under the supervision of licensed Physical Therapists. Document patient progress and any changes in treatment plans. Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities as prescribed. Maintain patient safety and confidentiality at all times. Participate in patient and family educational activities. Assist in maintaining therapy equipment and ensuring the treatment area is organized and safe. Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to follow detailed instructions and multitasking Physical endurance and dexterity Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and patient management Proficiency in using therapy equipment and technology Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Physical Therapist Assistant license as per state requirements CPR certification preferred
