Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Provide
specialized speech-language pathology services in an educational
setting spanning preschool through 6th grade across multiple
locations in Daphne, AL. This full-time contract position supports
young students communication development at various schools and
daycares, with opportunities to collaborate with fellow
professionals. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and treat
speech, language, and communication disorders in children from
preschool age through 6th grade. Develop and implement
individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students
needs. Coordinate services and collaborate with educators,
families, and other support staff to promote student progress.
Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with
school and state requirements. Provide flexible support across
multiple sites, adapting to varied caseloads and schedules.
Preferred Qualifications: Valid professional license or educator
certification in speech-language pathology. Experience working with
children in a school setting, ideally with ages ranging from 3 to
12 years. Strong communication skills and ability to work
independently as well as within a multidisciplinary team. Comfort
with adapting therapeutic approaches to meet diverse student needs.
Location: Daphne, Alabama servicing several schools and daycare
centers including Foley Elementary and Spanish Fort area schools.
