transformative patient experiences. Key Responsibilities Conduct
comprehensive assessments to determine the health status of
patients, identifying immediate and long-term needs, and making
necessary referrals. Perform thorough physical examinations,
document health histories, and formulate treatment plans based on
collected data. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including
specialists and other healthcare professionals to develop optimal
care strategies. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and
procedures to support therapeutic recommendations. Ensure
understanding of acute health needs, providing education on health
promotion and disease prevention. Lead and supervise mid-level
providers, including Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
Promote a culture of team spirit and collaboration to achieve
healthcare goals effectively. Participate in and maintain all
safety training and procedures, including exposure control for
pathogens. Required Qualifications Medical Doctor with current and
active licensure. Active DEA registration. Proficiency in Legacy
Community Health's EPIC systems. Eligibility and participation in
Medicare and Medicaid Programs as well as other federal and state
