Remote Hospice Triage LPN

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Triage LPN.

Key Responsibilities

Provide after-hours nurse triage for hospice and home health providers
Utilize technology and EMRs for patient documentation and care protocols
Handle multiple calls while maintaining compassionate communication with patients

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

MUST have or be willing to obtain a Compact LPN license
Experience in hospice, palliative, or end-of-life care is required
Experience in a fast-paced environment such as ED or critical care
Must complete three weeks of remote paid training
Must maintain an active nursing license and fulfill CEU requirements
