We are currently accepting applications for a Staff Development RN within our long-term care and rehab facility specializing in geriatrics. Ensure that the highest degree of quality resident care is always maintained. Providing nursing staff with clinical and educational support and guidance Planning and implementing orientation and mentoring programs for all nursing employees Maintain the nurses' and CNA's schedules Monday through Friday with rotating call and work one weekend monthly INDMED
