$15,000 SIGN ON BONUS. The Registered Nurse shall be responsible for the assessment, planning, supervising and evaluating the nursing care of patients and for correlating the nursing process, the medical plan of care and policies. Responsible for Nursing Technicians, Licensed Practical Nurses, Graduate Practical Nurses, Graduate Nurses, or Registered Nurses who may be working or precepting under the staff Registered Nurse. Responsible for all staff on unit when fulfilling relief Charge Nurse role. Responsible for demonstrating ethical and appropriate clinical behavior while continually assuring the patient's dignity, privacy and rights in respect to the populations and any other care specific needs of the patient.For more than 40 years, North Okaloosa Medical Center has been providing healthcare services to the people of Northwest Florida and South Alabama.
