We Are Hiring We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to work on our Medical Surgical Orthopedic floor!--Providence Hospital is a full service, 349-bed medical/surgical facility. Monitor, record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.Serve as a primary coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.Note and carry out physician and nursing orders.Assess and coordinate patient's discharge planning needs with members of the healthcare team.Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Assist with procedures ordered by physician and supervised by a Registered Nurse (RN).Accommodate patients with tending to personal care, activities of daily living and transfers/transport.Report findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to nursing staff.Assist with keeping patient rooms clean and orderly.What You Will NeedLicenses/Certifications/Registration:Required Credential(s):BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date.----Certified Nurse Aide obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
