Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager II.
Key Responsibilities
Drive value-based client relationships and monitor client health
scores
Conduct annual or quarterly business reviews and act as the 'voice
of the customer' in internal meetings
Utilize technology to document and support the client lifecycle
while collaborating with sales on retention and expansion
opportunities
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management,
Sales, or Compensation roles with revenue quota responsibility
Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Solid understanding of relational databases, compensation data, and
market-pricing systems
Strong business acumen to assist large, global organizations
Experience with PayScale product knowledge or related systems,
Salesforce, and Gainsight
