Start Building Your Future today!We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager that will provide overall programmatic support, coordinate task requirements with the customer and form teams to support the execution of those tasks, so that programs will meet their objectives on time and on budget. In this position you will specify the roles and monitor the job performance of team members, ensuring all deliverables specified in the contract conform to the requirements of the Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRL) and the referenced Data Item Descriptions (DID).Daily tasks include:

• Ensuring the successful execution of the AFRL/AAx Combat Collaborative Aircraft Flight Test Program at Eglin AFB
  • Communicating with the Program Manager and Customer about project status
  • Onboarding of subcontractors
  • Statement of Work creation and modification
  • Directing the work of personnel and organizations assigned to the project
  • Tracking project milestones to ensure all product deliveries conform the contract
  • Coordinating task funding
  • Interfacing with INTUITIVE's Business Departments and the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) to manage contract awards and modifications
  • Required:
    • BS or BA in related field
    • 9 years total work experience
    • Knowledge of acquisition policy and requirements
    • Demonstrated past experience working independently to manage complex projects
