Our General Managers are responsible for direction the daily operations of the restaurant, including but not limited to:

• Developing and executing the business plan for a million+ dollar restaurant
• All hiring, training, deployment, etc
• Ordering of all food and supplies
• Inventory management
• Scheduling
• Maintaining a clean & safe restaurant
• R&M of equipment
• Maintaining brand standards

  Requirements
  
  
  • 2 - 5 years in management position preferably fast food restaurant experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong leadership ability
  • Customer service oriented
  • Problem solving skills
  • Financial/analytical aptitude including planning, budgeting, scheduling and P&L management
  • Ability to work 50 hours a week
    Job Type: Full-time Salary: $42,000.00 to $55,000.00 /year
