COMPANY INFORMATION Innovative Electric is looking for an Electrical Division Manager to build and lead an electrical team and expand the company offerings in all electrical categories in Northwest Florida covering 30A, Destin, Santa Rosa Beach, and more. Innovative Electric is the sister company to Sight & Sound, the premier technology integrator in the Southeast that specializes in the integration of high-end residential and commercial smart home automation systems. We have successfully served clients for over 16 years with 5 locations across the Southeast.JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Electrical Division manager is responsible for the sales, team management, and overall operation of the electrical division. This involves system design, quoting, ordering, inventory, install scheduling, site visits, quality control, system programming, final commissioning, and service. Work will primarily be in residential new construction but there will be some degree of retrofit and service work as well. We are a well-staffed organization and have the capability of leveraging existing relationships to drive sales in this category and will incentivize the right candidate to help us grow.This role will partner with our Sight & Sound (Audio/Video) and Environments (Lighting and Shades) to bring a complete technology service to builders and homeowners. **The ideal candidate has a Florida state-certified electrical license or county license to cover Okaloosa and Walton counties. OR has the experience required and self-drive to obtain the electrical license within the first 90 days.**BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION

  Requirements:
  JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Florida state-certified electrical license or county licenses to cover Okaloosa and Walton counties
  • Confidence reading electrical plans, electrical requirements, lighting systems, and the electrical distribution system
  • Pre-wire and trim electrical and lighting systems
  • Install safety and distribution components (e.g. switches, resistors, circuit-breaker panels etc.)
  • Connect wiring in electrical circuits and networks ensuring compatibility of components
  • Fixture installation
  • General maintenance and Troubleshooting
  • Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilityOTHER REQUIREMENTS

    • Self-motivated, ability to work independently, and be accountable for work quality
    • Ability to work well with others, have a customer service-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.
