Reporting to the Portfolio Lead with accountability to key stakeholders being the HO Customer counterpart, the HOB Programme Director and Principal solution architect this is a pivotal role leading HO transformation and technical refresh across 2 work streams within the programme.Responsibilities:Ability to articulate risks and manage expectations accordinglyResponsible for managing deliverables across multiple technical projects at any one timeTrack and report on project statusRisk assessment of projects and collating work effort for any out of scope projectsBalancing internal stakeholder inputs against the scopePrioritise tasks for other teams based on project deliveryBe the first point of contact for assessing project inputs or delaysCollaborate with other teams and establish continuous improvement initiativesFinancial management: tracking budgets and managing financial processes -working to costRequirements:Experienced Project Manager with proven ability to prioritise work and resources across engagements based on short and long-term needsStrong awareness and interest in new platforms and technologiesExcellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels of both internal and client organisationsAbility to handle, manage, and communicate complex work and interdependenciesWell versed in communicating risk management and mitigation measuresExcellent relationship-building and interpersonal skillsExperience of working closely with project, operations, technical and delivery teamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCertified Prince 2 Project Manager or similar qualificationCLEARANCE REQUIRED:SCWhat do we do for you?At Leidos we are PASSIONATE about customer success, UNITED as a team and INSPIRED to make a difference.
