The EPS / TPM Regional Coordinator represents the interests of the region within EPS and supports the Business Lines and plants in their EPS and TPM implementation and further development by coordinating supportive resources and training. Thereby and together with your network, the EPS / TPM Regional Coordinator contributes to an increased harmonization of organizational processes, methods and tools within Production & Technology.RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensuring that EPS is implemented in the plants of SP and SM Divisions based on the BL roadmaps
  • Coordination of the start and execution of EPS/TPM in assigned sites for SP and SM Divisions
  • Motivating the development of the EPS/TPM philosophy at assigned sites
  • Driving cross-plant and cross-site exchange of know-how and experience
  • Exchanging experiences with all relevant EPS/TPM roles worldwide
  • Organizing the support with other EPS/TPM Regional Coordinator in Americas
  • Training the site management and site employees in methods and tools of EPS/TPM
  • Supporting the steering of regional/local resources for EPS progress checks and implementation support
  • Collection and analyzation regional experiences and requirements to EPS Operation Unit (voice of the region)
  • Promoting and challenging roadmap design and site development plans for assigned sites
  • Management of regional progress schedule and reports to make current EPS/TPM progress transparentREQUIREMENTS
    • Technical Bachelors degree, preferred
    • High service orientation and communication skills across all levels paired with assertiveness
    • 10+ years of professional PT experience
    • Expertise and experience in lean production systems, like Production Systems, Total Production Management, Six Sigma
    • In-depth experience in project management, high cost and process orientation
