Job Description Design beyond the drawing board. We’re looking for a Civil or Structural Designer who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, think creatively, and collaborate across teams. What You’ll Do: Draft and detail construction documents in AutoCAD or Revit Work directly with engineers to bring structural visions to life Collaborate across disciplines (MEP, HVAC, Piping) in a fast-paced environment Be part of a team that values growth and creative engineering solutions What You Bring: 5 years of experience Proficiency in CAD software (2D and 3D) Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit Strong attention to detail and design accuracy Willingness to work outside your comfort zone Experience in structural or civil design preferred Ability to collaborate with a team of designers and drafters in a team-based environment Competitive signing bonus offered for qualified applicants.
