Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Engineer specializing in Rust
for their East Coast operations.
Key Responsibilities
Implement low latency high-performance solutions primarily using
Rust
Mentor and support other engineers in systems-language-level
concepts
Design and implement new services, and create proofs-of-concept for
performance improvements
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in software engineering
Strong expertise in systems languages, preferably Rust, C++, C, or
Go
Understanding of RAII, object lifetimes, and memory management
Strong foundations in data structures and algorithms
Self-starter with strong coding practices and experience
transitioning from proofs-of-concept to enterprise solutions
