available for an on-site facilitator role supporting school
psychologists, primarily serving as a paraprofessional, speech
aide, or school teacher within a school district in Theodore, AL.
This contract position offers flexible hours aligned with
speech-language pathologists' schedules and is designed to support
educational staff from March 2026 through May 29, 2026.
Responsibilities: Assist in implementing educational and
therapeutic programs for students. Facilitate communication and
coordination among school psychologists and related educational
personnel. Support students across various age groups as assigned.
Perform duties in compliance with school policies and relevant
educational standards. Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years
old and a U.S. citizen. Local residency within proximity to
Theodore, AL. Provide two professional references. Background in
psychology or a related field preferred; bachelors degree in
psychology is ideal. Ability to participate in a pre-screening
interview and internal eligibility process. Work Details: Position
classified as part-time with 20 to 35 hours per week, flexible
scheduling available. The number of schools and caseload details
will be determined. Contract employment with specific terms to be
