Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A Speech
Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time contract
position at an elementary school in Theodore, AL. This role
supports students from kindergarten through 5th grade with speech
and language development needs. The assignment runs from March 2025
through late May 2026, providing an excellent opportunity for an
experienced SLP to make a meaningful impact within a Dynamic
educational setting. Key Responsibilities: Deliver comprehensive
speech and language evaluations and therapy services to students in
grades K-5 Collaborate with educators, parents, and other school
professionals to develop and implement Individualized Education
Programs (IEPs) Maintain accurate and timely documentation of
student progress and therapy sessions Participate in team meetings
and ongoing professional development Ensure compliance with state
licensure and school district policies Qualifications and
Experience: Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in
Speech-Language Pathology Registered with the Board of Speech
Examiners in Alabama Experience working in school-based settings
preferred Ability to engage and motivate elementary-aged children
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Location: Theodore, AL (Elementary School) Work Schedule:
Approximately 35 hours per week during the regular school year
(March 2025 to May 29, 2026) This contract opportunity offers a
