Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Providing
specialized support to young learners, this role is ideal for a
Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) ready to make an impactful
difference in an elementary school setting. Situated in Theodore,
AL, the assignment focuses on working with K-5 students during the
2025 to 2026 school year, ensuring early intervention and
developmental progress in communication skills. Key
Responsibilities: Deliver individual and group speech-language
therapy services to students in grades K through 5. Develop,
implement, and update IEPs tailored to student needs. Collaborate
with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student
progress. Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with
state and district guidelines. Participate in meetings and provide
professional input regarding speech and language development.
Qualifications & Experience: Valid Speech Language Pathologist
(CCC) certification. Registration with the Board of Speech
Examiners in Alabama is required. Experience working with early
childhood and elementary-aged children preferred. Strong
communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a
multidisciplinary team. Ability to manage caseload effectively and
maintain organized documentation. Location & Schedule: Position is
based at an elementary school located in Theodore, AL. 35 hours per
week during the contracted school year from March 2025 through the
